Pod Lososiem
The „Pod Lososiem” restaurant has hundred years of tradition. In 1598 Ambrose Vermollen, a Dutchman, estabished here an inn and a factory to manufacture licquers, amongst which the Gdańsk Golden water named Goldwasser was the most distinguished one. This tradition has been passed down, thus in the post-war years the Gdańsk citizens restored this famous Restaurant.
The Restaurant it’s open from 12:00, offering 110 seats in two air-conditioned rooms. Specialities of its cuisine are dishes of salmon, unusual soups and distinguished desserts.
