The location of the Philharmonic Restaurant is special for anyone who has ever seen it. Its marvellous neo-Gothic facade of red brick dates back to the end of the nineteenth century. The building, constructed in 1897-98 and developed until 1913, was initially a seat of the municipal power plant.

Its facade delighted with the decorated rose windows, flanking towers and two donjons. However, the last months of the war in 1945 were ruthless to the building that suffered major demage. After restarting in August 1945, the power plant operated until its shut-down in 1996.

In 1997, the building became the property of the Baltic Philharmonic and was successfully adopted for a music and congress centre. Opening the „Philharmonic Restaurant” marked the end of this work, as the historic building has been restored to its past glory.

Philharmonic Restaurant encompasses rooms on the levels, each of 100 m2, and separate pub premises on 120 m2. Moreover, the Restaurant offers a VIP Room of 30 m2.

One of the greatest attarctions are two terraces, which can be used by our guests during the summer season – one on the roof building and the other on the bank of the Olowianka Island near Dlugie Pobrzeze.

Its cuisine is the cooking with imagination. It combines elements of fusion, i.e. A variety of ethnic tastes that remind artistic impressions, with modern molecular cuisine, which gives the capacity to prepare original dishes with preserved freshness and nutritional values

Menu changes with seasons and availability of fresh ingredients. Guests can experience tastes from all over the world.
